Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 October 2026
These terms govern your use of the FX Capital trading journal at fxcjournal.com (the "Service"), provided by FX Capital (Pty) Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. The Service
FX Capital is a journaling and analytics tool for traders. It helps you record, review and analyse your own trading. It does not execute trades, manage funds or hold money on your behalf.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing in the Service, including analytics, AI coaching, reports, plans or educational content, is financial, investment or trading advice. Trading forex and CFDs carries a high risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Your account
- Give accurate details when you register and keep your login secure.
- One free trial is allowed per person. Creating extra accounts to get more trials is not permitted.
- You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans (Starter, Pro and Elite) are sold and billed through Whop. Access is linked to a valid Whop licence key and ends if your membership lapses or is cancelled. Refunds and billing questions are handled under Whop's terms and our membership page.
5. Connected services
You may connect third-party services such as an MT5 trading account or Google Calendar. You confirm you are allowed to connect them, and you can disconnect them at any time. Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms. How we handle data from them is set out in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Service, try to access other members' data, interfere with its security, resell access or share your licence key.
7. Your content
Your journal data remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the Service to you.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep the Service accurate and available, but it is provided "as is". Synced data depends on your broker and third-party providers and may occasionally be delayed or incomplete. To the extent the law allows, FX Capital is not liable for trading losses or indirect losses arising from use of the Service.
9. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the Service from time to time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Questions? Email fxcapital.int@gmail.com.
